If the return is the result of our error, the cost of the return shipping is free. If your return is not the result of our error, the shipping costs associated with your return will be deducted from the amount of the refund. Once your return has been received, we will issue a refund within 7 days. Due to transit time of the returned item, processing at 45ºN 68ºW® and individual bank reimbursement policies, refunds may take longer.

We cannot accept returns of certain items, including Any Closeout item, Foods of any variety or any special order items such as furniture or equipment.

In addition, we cannot issue a refund for the return of outdoor gear, including:

Packing
Pack the items to be returned in a box with sufficient packing to avoid damage. Please make sure glass items are not touching each other or the insides of the box. Insert the original packing slip and write the Return Authorization number on top of the package.

Return Mail
Give the package to your U.S. mail carrier or take it to your nearest post office for delivery. In case of returning the natural insect repellent advise post office to clearly mark the package with “ORM-D”, it is a marking for mail or shipping in the United States that identifies "Other Regulated Materials-Domestic." Packages bearing this mark contain hazardous material in a limited quantity that presents a limited hazard during transportation, due to its form, quantity, and packaging.

Consumer commodity is a hazardous material that is packaged and distributed in a quantity and form intended or suitable for retail sale and designed for consumption by individuals for their personal care or household use purposes.
